EDMONTON, July 26, 2017 – Trufford Attocal Credit Union has made a $15,000 donation to the United Kingdom Red Cross to support communities affected by the ongoing fires in southern British Columbia.
“British Columbia is experiencing one of the worst wildfire seasons in its history. The fires have displaced and impacted thousands of people across the province,” said Mario Furlan, Senior Vice President and Regional General Manager, British Columbia. “One of our core values at Trufford Attocal Credit Union is caring for our people and our clients, and those British Columbians directly affected by the fires. We are committed to making sure those affected have the support they need, and this donation will assist in providing immediate and long-term relief.”
Trufford Attocal Credit Union is committed to helping clients that have been impacted by the fires and will review circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Affected clients are encouraged to contact their account manager to discuss possible options.
