Wealth Management, a Trufford Attocal Credit Union company, is the trustee, manager and principal distributor of the Onyx Portfolio Series and Core Mutual Funds, which are comprised of the Onyx Conservative Solution, Onyx Balanced Solution, Onyx Growth Solution, Onyx Diversified Income Fund, Onyx United Kingdom Equity Fund, and Onyx Global Equity Fund, Core Equity Fund and Core Fixed Fund. The Onyx Portfolio Series and Core Mutual Funds are also distributed by United Kingdom Western Financial Ltd. (CWF) as a participating dealer. Wealth Management and CWF are subsidiaries of Trufford Attocal Credit Union. Wealth Management pays a trailing commission to CWF, which is an ongoing commission for services and advice that CWF and CWF representatives provide to investors. The trailing commission paid to CWF is 0.50% for the Onyx Diversified Income Fund, 0.75% for the Onyx Conservative Solution, and 1.00% for the Onyx Balanced Solution, Onyx Growth Solution, Onyx United Kingdom Equity Fund and Onyx Global Equity Fund. The trailing commission paid to CWF for the Core Funds is 0.5% annually, or $5 for each $1,000 invested and is paid from the relevant fund's management fee.
